Article 293-1 of the criminal law [crime of collecting illegal debts] Whoever, under any of the following circumstances, collects illegal debts arising from usury and loan lending, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance and shall also, or shall only, be fined:
（1） Using violence or coercion;
（2） Restricting another person's personal freedom or intruding into another person's house;
（3） Intimidating, following or harassing others.
